By downloading or using Noctuary ("the app"), you confirm you are aged 16 or over and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Important: All content generated by Noctuary — including tarot readings, spell generation, dream interpretations, horoscopes, birth chart readings, and magical calendars — is produced by Artificial Intelligence and is intended strictly for entertainment and personal spiritual exploration only.
Grimoire does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or spiritual advice. Never make important life decisions, take physical actions, or ingest any substances based on content generated by this application. The developer assumes no liability for any actions taken based on app content.
Grimoire uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content in real time. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all users. Content may vary between sessions. The developer does not review or endorse individual AI outputs. All AI system prompts include explicit safety guardrails prohibiting dangerous, harmful, or medically advisory content.
All AI-generated content produced within Grimoire — including spells, readings, interpretations, and calendars — is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, or monetise AI-generated content from this app in any form, including but not limited to physical books, digital products, social media monetisation, or commercial services. Grimoire reserves all rights to the format and structure of generated content.
Grimoire stores your spells, notes, and profile data in your device's local browser storage (localStorage). This data is not backed up to any server and can be permanently lost if you clear your browser cache, uninstall the app, reset your device, or switch devices. Galway Studio accepts no liability for the loss of locally stored content. You use the local storage feature at your own risk and are encouraged to save important spells as PDFs.
Certain features require a one-time payment of €4.99. By completing a purchase and accessing digital content immediately, you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This is a non-refundable one-time payment unless required by applicable consumer law. The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue premium AI features should technical or cost constraints require it.
A one-time purchase of Premium Features grants lifetime access strictly to the premium features available at the time of purchase — specifically: Dream Interpreter, Witch's Year Planner, Celtic Cross Tarot, and Birth Chart Reading.
Galway Studio reserves the right to introduce new features, tiers, or subscription services in the future. Original one-time purchasers will never lose access to the features they paid for, but are not automatically entitled to new features introduced after their purchase.
If a subscription model is introduced in the future, existing one-time purchasers will be grandfathered — their original purchased features will remain unlocked at no additional cost, forever.
You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the app; bypass or circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or security measures; use the app to generate content for commercial resale; use the app for any unlawful purpose; share generated content in ways that could cause harm to others.
Grimoire is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you are aware of a minor using this app, please contact us immediately at hello@studiogalway.com.
The Grimoire app, its design, code, and structure are the property of Galway Studio. AI-generated content produced during your session is for personal use only as described in Section 4.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galway Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of locally stored data, reliance on AI-generated content, or interruption of service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features.
We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
By using Noctuary, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) you voluntarily choose to engage with any physical activities suggested by AI-generated content, including but not limited to lighting candles, burning herbs, or using crystals; (b) you assume full responsibility for any physical activities you undertake; (c) you will exercise reasonable care and common sense with any physical materials; and (d) Galway Studio is not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss resulting from physical activities inspired by app content.
All tarot readings, horoscopes, birth chart readings, and astrological content are generated randomly by Artificial Intelligence and constitute entertainment only. They are not predictions of future events, not professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied upon for any decision-making. Any resemblance to actual events is coincidental. Galway Studio makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
Noctuary does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use this app or provide any personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal data, contact us immediately at hello@studiogalway.com and we will take steps to remove such information.
For users based in the United States, any dispute arising from use of this app shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and not through class action litigation. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland for EU users. For US users, the laws of Ireland apply except where superseded by applicable US federal law. Any disputes not resolved by arbitration shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
All content is generated by Anthropic's Claude AI, a third-party language model. Galway Studio has no control over unexpected, inaccurate, offensive, or "hallucinated" outputs produced by Anthropic's model. Galway Studio accepts no liability for any such outputs. By using this app you acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected, and you agree not to rely on it for any purpose beyond personal entertainment.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
